Clients, also known as Accounts can have multiple Matters (Projects or Cases) associated with them. Transaction posting consists of entering and revising hourly fee (timeslip) records, plus costs (disbursements) and flat-fee entries. Events may be logged. A built-in timer can be used to automatically log/create a transaction for you.

Closed Matters' Archival information can be centrally maintained within one spreadsheet-style input form.

Proformas (pre-bills), Invoices and Statements are generated either individually, or in batches, as well as on demand. Invoices can be printed, emailed or faxed.

Payments received can be split between a number of matters and then you may analyze by area of business (Practice of Law in the legal industry), source (originating attorney, again, for Legal), and generate/print compensation reports.

ChartFx technology is included, plus a built-in Web Server for Intranet-based automated posting and retrieval of data with any Browser.

CORE MODULES

These modules are for all your day-to-day posting needs, each with their own "child window", easily accessed with just a single click of your mouse!

Master Navigator which gives you a visual hierarchical view of all your Active Clients and their Matters (also known as cases or projects) with a variety of search (FIND) options. You may easily switch to the same type of view for all of your Closed Matters.

Client Enter and modify client, also known as account information in the Client Module. You may also post any special notes about the client and view the client's financial history.

Matter Enter and modify matter, also known as case, project or job information. This is the work that is being performed for the client. You may also post any special notes about the matter, view the matter's financial history and specify retainer information.

Transaction/Cost Enter the individual timeslips (work you did) on a particular day and the time spent, or use the "timer" (stopwatch) feature to automatically have the system keep track of the time. Also, enter costs associated with the matter, quickly and easily.

Payment Post payments on a Matter or Client basis. Easily split payments between more than one Client's matters.

Invoice/Statement Generate and print pre-bills before printing invoices to easily review what you are sending to the clients. You may also reprint and/or delete an invoice, if needed. Statements may be printed in batch for all matters with outstanding balances without further user intervention.

Report Driver Build, store, and recall reports which "filter" and format relevant information into reports.
