Input data once and it will be fired into your documents at print time. No need to double entry data, again. Generate, print and manage all of your mortgage loan transactions and documents effortlessly.

CORE MODULES
Package Editor guides you, step by step, through the input process in a wizard type format. The information you enter in these screens is, at print time "fired" into your documents. You need to only input this information, once.

RESPAC™ allows you to view and edit the same package information through a parallel, visual RESPA (HUD-1) form metaphor spreadsheet. If you make changes in RESPAC, the system will automatically up-date the Package Editor steps for you.

Print Driver formats and outputs the system's documents and forms, using either Microsoft Word® for Windows; or Corel WordPerfect® for Windows. You also have the option to Edit the Document Before Printing, in those instances where you need to revise the "output document".

Report Driver allows you to build, store, and recall reports which "filter" and format relevant information into reports you can use (closings by week, by status, by closing agent).... Anything you need!

ADD-ON MODULES
Aggregate Escrow Calculator applet is used to easily calculate these amounts, as needed.

1003 Calculator Tools applet is used for all calculations on the 1003, the good faith estimate and the truth-in-lending either for a file you are entering or independently.

Real°Fax™ applet allows you to automatically fax any generated document to the borrower, credit company, broker, law firm... anybody, as needed.

Real°Time™ applet used to schedule and calendar closing dates, appointments, etc. The closing dates entered into the Package Editor wizard is automatically posted in this module. No need to double entry. You may also post other office and/or personal appointments easily and quickly. View a visual color-coded weekly schedule. Print your schedules as you need them, and more.

Real°Math™ applet is used to generate amortization schedules, plus calculate P&I, loan origination fees, discount fees, and others, on demand, separate from the actual closing loan input or generation process.

Real°Trac™ is a robust, full-featured event tracking system used it to manage all aspects of your work (incoming loan applications and leads, etc.) Integrates to Loan°Pac seamlessly. Records may be automatically generated by printing or transmitting certain letters or documents, as well as through manual (operator) input.

SETUP AND SUPPORT MODULES
Doc°Finder module is used to visually manage your collection of output documents - your easy to use, built-in document management system. Setup new documents in minutes! Comes with a database of documents already preformatted!

Key°Finder module is used to easily insert the needed variable fields into your output.

Loan°Pac Setup module is used to control all aspects of the software, including defaults, staff members, your company's name and address, and all of the hundreds of parameters making up the system's powerful set of "soft-coded" business rules, values, and logic.

DataBase Utilities is used to repair, index and manage the software's collection of database tables and other related objects, quickly and easily.
