On°Trac is a flexible, yet comprehensive calendar, scheduler and docket control system used to input, generate, print and manage all of your appointments, meetings, depositions, court dates, as well as statutes of limitations. The system automates the workflow of your scheduling system and helps you manage this information, quickly and efficiently. Our On°Trac system integrates with In°Time™, our time and billing system, so that you only have to maintain one database of clients and matters. Your jurisdiction's court names and locations are already stored, and you can generate Daily Schedules, Weekly Docket Reports for yourself, or your entire firm, sorted by staff member and/or date.

In addition, you can have On°Trac™ scan your matter table and see which ones have not been worked on in, say, over three months, and produce a report or tickler. You can also be alerted when statutory limits will expire on any matter (or all matters in your system).

This is not just a basic me-too Calendaring program. Nor is it an off-the-shelf product that has been adapted to the Legal or Business industry. Rather, here you have a system that was built from the ground up with your needs in mind.

Like our time and billing system, In°Time, Clients, also known as Accounts, may have multiple Matters (Projects or Cases) associated with them. Closed matters' Archival information can be centrally maintained within one spreadsheet-style input form.

ChartFx technology is included, plus a built-in Web Server for Intranet-based automated posting and retrieval of data with any Browser.

CORE MODULES

These modules are for all your day-to-day scheduling needs, each with their own "child window", easily accessed with just a single click of your mouse!

Master Navigator which gives you a visual hierarchical view of all your Active Clients and their Matters (also known as cases or projects) with a variety of search (FIND) options. You may easily switch to the same type of view for all of your Closed Matters.

Client Enter and modify client, also known as account information in the Client Module. You may also post any special notes about the client. View the client's financial history, if your have also licensed In°Time, our time and billing system.

Matter Enter and modify matter, also known as case, project or job information. This is the work that is being performed for the client. You may also post any special notes about the matter. View the matter's financial history and specify retainer information, if you have also licensed In°Time.

Records Keep track of appointments, meetings, project deadlines, depositions and more. Also, you may enter personal appointments for your own schedule. Choose the matter or case you want to access from your database. Choose the person for whom the appointment is for and then specify date(s). If you need to enter multiple dates for an appointment, simpy click on the visual yearly calendar dates. Choose from a list of activities and then enter any additional information, as needed.

Report Driver Build, store, and recall reports which "filter" and format relevant information into reports. You may print weekly, monthly or ad-hoc reports and/or lists for a single member in your company or a master appointment and/or calendar.

ADD-ON MODULES
Excel-Access-dBase-FoxPro-Paradox Import/Export Engines (filters) are used for complete open data, open system productivity.

Real°Pac Integration Posts automatically closing dates from your real estate conveyancing systems entered in
Real°Pac Office.

In°WebTime modules are used for POP3/SNMP and IIS-compatible Web services

SQL Server 7 and 2000 upward-compatability and migration if your firm's needs require it at any point in the future

SETUP AND SUPPORT MODULES
On°Trac Setup module used to control all aspects of the software, including defaults, staff members, your company's name and address, and all of the parameters making up the system's powerful set of "soft-coded" business rules, values, and logic.

DataBase Utilities used to repair, index and manage the software's collection of database tables and other related objects.
